Chrysler Repair: 03 T&C starting problem, delivery capability, roland

Van won't start if dome lights or stereo run for 5 minutes on battery. Battery seems strong and starts van well even when it is 10 degrees out. Is this a battery issue? Bcm? Something else? Thanks

Hi Eric,
This sounds to me like a partially charged battery or a battery with reduced current delivery capability due to age. Do you turn off the lights and stereo before trying to start it would be another factor.  I don't see a tie in to bcm or anything else. How old is the battery in comparison to its warranty life would be worth considering.
