Chrysler Repair: Camshaft Position Sensor: 99 LH, chrysler concorde lxi, digital odometer

Question
I have a 99 Chrysler Concorde LXI and I have had the camshaft position sensor replaced and the car is still continuing to die while driving down the road. However now when it dies and you try and restart it the digital odometer reads out the word (Done). What does this mean? What else to I need to check to get this error code of 0340 off and the car to run correctly? I thank you for your time. Eric

Answer
Hi Eric,
'Done' means there are no codes stored after whatever has already appeared or if nothing appeared. To erase a code, you simply disconnect the battery but be aware that will set a code 1684.
It could be the crank sensor which is an 0320 if that shows up.
You could check the continuity from the cam sensor plug to the pcm: pin 1 orange to pcm 44, pin 2 black/light blue to pcm 43, pin 3 tan/yellow to pcm 33. Shake the harness to test for a break in the wire or loose splice, Otherwise, keep waiting for a new code.
