thanks for you help, I feel like you're helping me to a solution.

Answer
Hi Reggie,
Is the battery so discharged that no lights are working? If that is not the reason, then either the ignition switch is flaky when in the 'run' position, the bulb is burned out, the connection between the cluster and the digital data system is flaky, or the engine computer is not working.
Do you hear the fuel pump run for about a second inside the fuel tank when you turn the key to 'run'. Listen for the sound coming from under the rear of the minivan while a helper turns the key from off to run. If you don't hear the pump, and the battery is ok, then I would suspect the ignition switch is not making good contact or  that fuses 12, 16, or 17 in box under the hood (count starting from the front fuse) is blown or has a subtle crack in the wire (look closely at each of those fuses).
If that is ok, then you would probably have to remove the cluster to check the bulb.
Another approach would be to borrow a code reader that plugs into a socket under the dash by the steering column and that would give you any fault codes just like the flashing light does. See if you can find someone with a reader or you may have to buy one at a parts store.
We need a fault code to figure out why it isn't starting.

PS I don't recall the earlier question. Can you tell me the date so that I can review it in the log?
