Chrysler Repair: junction box on 97 chrysler intrepid, chrysler intrepid, inboard side

Question
I have a 97 chrysler intrepid. Replaced Fuel Pump and filter and spark plugs. Car still will not start. Where is the junction box located on this car?

JUNCTION BLOCK
REMOVAL
1.Remove the lower instrument panel assembly.
2.Remove the six electrical connectors on inboard side and the four electrical connectors on outboard side of the Junction Block Junction Block
3.Remove the three mounting screws and remove the Junction Block.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures
