Answer
Hi Michael,
The air distribution is controlled by the mode door which is moved by a small motor called the mode door actuator. You might try a simple recalibration technique by removing the end cap of the dash on the driver side, remove fuse #5 for a minute, then replace it and see after a few minutes whether you have control over door or not.
If that doesn't work the remove the lower edge of the dash on the driver side (called the underpanel silencer/duct) that would give you access to the left end of the AC/heater housing.
There is one module on the upper surface of that side of the housing which has a natural color 5 wire connector and that is the mode door actuator. Remove the plug/remove the screws and pull straight down to separate it from the mode door handle with which it meshed. Notice how the two mesh together for subsequent install. Try moving the door by hand to make sure it isn't stuck. Then plug in the motor and try operating the air distribution choices and note in the actuator shows any signs of life. If not, then replace that actuator, but also make sure that you have 5v on pin 4 of the actuator plug (pink/dark blue wire) when the ignition is 'on' which comes from the body computer and is needed to power that motor.
