Chrysler Repair: 99 Sebring Convert; no daytime running lights, drl module, daytime running lights

Question
QUESTION: I have the above and for about two months now, when I turn the car on I have no 'daytime running lights'.  Also the lights went on one half of my dashboard.
I have guys in the family that can fix it for me, but even they are stumped as to what is going on...
Any thoughts?

ANSWER: Hi Suzanna,
Those lights are controlled by their own module and a couple of fuses. So check the fuses number 10 (20 amp) and number 4 (15 amp) in the junction block under the dash. Let me know if that doesn't fix it and I will suggest where to find the DRL module. Also, can you tell me which dash lamps work and which don't?

QUESTION: Thank you for your quick response!
I'm pretty sure fuses are fine, it was the first thing we checked. But I think I'll change the ones that you mentioned anyways. Could you please let me know where to find the DRL module?
As for the dash lamps, none of them now come on until I manually turn the headlights. (the engine indicator lights do still come on for a few seconds when the car is turned on).

Thoughts??

Answer
Hi Suzanna,
The DRL is on the back side of the junction (fuse) block (e.g. the side that faces the front of the car). There are a number of plugs on it,   but in one corner (the lower/outside corner) is the largest device that plugs in and that is the DRL.
The cluster lights, as you describe their functional light intensitry being related to the headlamp knob rotation, appear to be normal to me. Perhaps you have discovered how to turn them on, or the variable resistor that is controlled by turning the knob needs to be worked a bit and sprayed with electrical contact cleaner available from an electronics store to improve the function.
