Hi Victor,
I assume you mean the tension strut and control arm bushings.
Any servicing of the bushings requires removing the strut and control arm first. There are 8 pages in the manual that describe all the different bushing replacements and the removal and install process. I can xerox and postal mail you the pages and then after you get them send me four 42-cent stamps to cover my costs. Send me a follow-up with you address and I'll get them off to you.
