Chrysler Repair: power doorlocks power windows, power door locks, fuse box

Question
QUESTION: My passenger side powerwindow will not rolldown, and my power door locks will neither lock or unlock. It will manually, but the switch on the door won't make it work, nor will the keyless entry. It honks the horn and flashes the lights but doesn't do anything for the doors. What do I need to look for to do to fix this problem?

ANSWER: Hi Patty,
The door locks are probably a fuse or a relay. The power window could be the switch at the door or the motor or the mechanism.
If you will tell me the year/make/model/body style I can give you more specifics.

QUESTION: it is a 2005 chrystler town and country minivan

Answer
The latest manual I have is for '02, but if that applies then I would suggest that you  check fuses 11, 19 and 20 in the fuse box in the engine compartment. The passenger side window would either be the switch at that window or the window motor itself. There is no separate fuse for the motor, so any motor works the fuse is OK.
