Chrysler Repair: 96 chrysler Lhs only getting partial fire, crank sensor, chrysler lhs

have changed plugs wires coil pack but none have helped not even enough power to pull up onto ramps acts like out of time could it be crank sensor,or what would happen if one of the catalytic converters is plugged?

HI Jodi,
Try for fault codes using the ignition key:"on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light, which remains "on", to begin to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat to assure you get a repeatable set of counts. Then tell me the counts in the order of appearance and we'll go from there. This is the best way to diagnose the problem
