Question
To change a head light:
I do not know what to undo in the wheel well or through the oval inspection hole
in the wheel well. It is a mystery.  I would like to drop the nose of the car.
Please help.

REMOVAL - EXCEPT INTREPID
Headlamp lens fogging is a normal condition and does not require service unless excessive or continual. Moisture will vent from tubes or vents located on the back of the lamp.

Release hood latch and open hood.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the headlamp sight shield (300M).
Remove the upper crossmember attachments, both sides, headlamp jackscrews, windshield filler neck screw, and speed control servo screw (HEADLAMP ATTACHMENT).
Lift and prop the crossmember above the headlamp on the side being serviced, and remove the electrical connectors from the headlamp.
Pull headlamp up and under crossmember to remove it from the vehicle.
