when we try to change blower direction the motor goes but it seems to be jammed and does not change flaps

here is the setup for the doors inspect and see if the mode door is changing the motor moving if not take it off and u can swap around the actuators with the others that will confirm if its a motor,or u have a wire issue or control head issue.
