Chrysler Repair: T&C 3,8 1996 / transmission fluid dripping out of dipstick, shifting gears, oil level

Question
Seems that the transmission is not getting cooled enough, since after driving, especially in town, it starts puking transfluid out of the dipstick and down on the hot exhaust.
No problems in shifting gears, tranny seems to work just fine.
Oil level is checked, OK
Fluid doesn´t seem brownish or smell bad.

Answer
that does not make sense. If it was puking fluid out it would be low yes? are u checking it correctly  on the stick will tell u if it needs to be running in park or neutral. If the fluid was to hot it would also turn on the check engine light for trans temp to hot.
