Chrysler Repair: BCM and PCM may need a new and the car will not start, dodge dealer, body control module

Question
I have a 1997 Sebring Convertible with a 2.4L. I had a problem with a module were the guages would not work except the odometer. A friend of my at a body shop replaced the body control module with one from a junk yard. Then the guages worked but no odometer. Next I locked the car went to open it and the factory horn started going off. I went to start the car and it started up about 3/4 times and shut down. After that it will not start again and the horn continues. A mechanic at my Dodge dealer stated after hooking up the computer it will not allow him to reset it or even start the vehicle. He told me I have to purchase a new PCM and BCM. As you know these are very expensive. Is there another solution to solve this and start the car? Like maybe something as simple as programing a sentry key? Help! Before I throw all this money out on an old car.

Answer
nope  u get to buy both new PCM and BCM  the used one u got cheap cost u alot more money   the used one had an alarm in it and now your old PCM things it also has an alarm and it can not be disables because u dont have any of the disarm switches in the car.
