Chrysler Repair: 1997 Chrysler Concorde 3.5L V6: misfires on 1,3,5, 1997 chrysler concorde, chrysler concorde

Question
I have a 1997 Chrysler Concorde 3.5L V6 that I bought that had blown gaskets.  Here is a list of what I have done . Cleared code out of computer after each thing.
new upper gaskets
new plug and wires
had the fuel injector cleaned
cleaned the throttle body
fuel filter

But I have a random misfire that keeps come back P0300, P0301 pending, P0303 pending, and P0305 pending all on the same side of the engine. But the car run fine no sing of a misfire and the fuel mileage is average 21 miles to gal. If the heated oxygen sensor on that side was bad would that give me the random misfire code?

Thanks,
Mike

Answer
Hi Mike,
I don't believe the oxygen sensor would cause a one-sided misfire detection. Rather a mechanical situation would be my first priority. Have you checked the timing marks of the cam sprockets with respect to the timing belt? How about compression on those cylinders? I can't think of any sensor or electical issue that would produce this sort of one-sided thing given how the spark is wired. How about an intake manifold leak, have you tried to put very small spritzes of starter fluid around the edge of that while idling (care given to not starting a fire!)?
I would be interested in learning if you discover the cause.
