Chrysler Repair: 2002 Voyager stablizer bushings and Nuetral start switch, chrysler voyager, stablizer

1 problem at a time, now my 2002 Chrysler voyager seems to have a neutral safety start problem, will start in Neutral, won't in Park. Does any know if there is a neutral start switch and where it is located? Next it also needed both stabilizer bar links, but after a test drive I noticed a knocking at each bump large or small on both sides, left or right. Any common problems? Stabilizer bar mounting bushings?

REMOVAL
Remove valve body assembly from transaxle. (Refer to 21 - TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE/AUTOMATIC - 41TE/VALVE BODY - REMOVAL)
Remove transmission range sensor retaining screw and remove sensor from valve body (Remove Transmission Range Sensor).
Remove TRS from manual shaft.
