Concorde 2000 Hood Cable Broken

I know that  somebody already ask the same question, I try to look underneath but seems impossible since the release mechanism is situated above radiator…and in that are situated also a lot of Air Bag sensors…
Please..help me with a solution….for open the hood since the cable is broken.

Hi Florin,
If you will look up from under the car, from just behind the "bumper" panel which is now called the fascia, you will see an arm-like lever that is pointed toward the front of the car, exactly where the latch mechanism is located. If you pull on that arm (what they call a "pawl") it will release the hood latch.
