Chrysler Repair: 2000 sebring lxi rear view mirror, rear view mirror, reading lamps

I have a 2000 sebring lxi and I am trying to take the rear view mirror off. I have the replacement but I can not take the old one off. It does not have a screw to take out that I can see but I heard there is a tool required. Please help! Thank you so much for your time!

INSIDE MIRROR/READING LAMP ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable Battery Negative Remote Cable Removal
Remove attaching screws from header Inside Mirror/Reading Lamps
Lower mirror, and disconnect the wire harness connector.
Remove mirror assembly.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedure.
