Chrysler Repair: 1997 Eagle Vision ESI, obdii scanner, eagle vision esi

1997 Eagle Vision ESI check engine lights on so I ran OBDII scanner: P0120- throttle position pedal position sensor A circuit malfuction.
P1490- manufactuer control auxilary emissions control
P0700- trans control system malfunction
Could this be a bad throttle positoning sensor? or something else? if so what other things could we try?

the 120 could be the sensors  the 1490 could be many things from broken evap lines to evap parts not holding vac.
the 700 just says u have a tranny code that will need a good scanner to get into it and see what that code is.
