Chrysler Repair: lash adjuster replacement, advanced auto part, rocker shaft

Question
QUESTION: I have a 98 Grand Voyager with 182,000 miles. It runs well except the ticking from the lash adjusters at start up. I bought the van new and have did all suggested maintenance through the years. I replaced the oil pick up and valve covers gaskets last year. Can I replace the lash adjusters without pulling off the rocker arm assembly? I thought about using longer bolts just to raise it high enough to get the old ones out and the new ones in without fear of things flying apart.

QUESTION: The cams will need to come off? The Haynes manual doesn't say that...I am just trying to fiure out a quicker way. If I have to pull off the rocker arm assembly I will, but I want to avoid springs and stuff flying apart. I work in industrial maintenance, so I can do it the long way if necessary.

QUESTION: 3.0 v6 the hydraulic lash adjusters are ticking loudly..I have good oil pressure, have changed oil every 3000 miles since new. Ticking goes away after a few minutes, but sometimes comes back. This engine has always ticked, but is getting noisier. It has 182,000 miles and runs good but I think the adjusters are clogged or dirty preventing them from pumping up quickly.Thats my only issue.

Answer
see u did not tell me u had a 3.0.
Look online for some stuff called VALVE MEDIC they sell it at Advanced Auto part. its about 3 -4 bucks  My mother has a 98 with a 3.0 in it  and I replaced the heads on it for the smoking valve stem guides   had 100k hehe. I had to put valve medic in there to stop the lifter ticking  the stuff is an additive that will clean out the holes in the rocker shaft rods and allow oil to get to the lifters better.
