Chrysler Repair: Hard Start T&C, chrysler town, fuel pressure

Question
Hi Kevin - I have a 2002 Chrysler Town & Country.  When cold, it cranks and takes a while to start.  When it starts, there is a really strong gas smell.  My mechanic said my fuel pressure was low and replaced the fuel pump.  When I picked it up - it was great (for a few hours).  It then went back to the same.  He warranteed out the fuel pump twice and now is totally stumped.  He suggested I take it to the dealership but I really can't afford to leave the money on the table I spent for the fuel pump and he is willing to work with me if I find something else for him to try.  Thanks for anything you can do for me.

Answer
