Chrysler Repair: valve cover on 2000 T.C. van, wiper cowl, valve cover

Question
On a 3.8L V-6 engine on a 2000 Town and Country van, it seems like the oil is leaking out of the valve cover by the #1 cylinder and the PCV hose coming out of the top of the valve cover.  My questions is, to remove and replace the valve cover of the #1, 3 and 5 cylinders, do you have to also remove the intake manifold?  Is there enough room to rotate the valve cover backwards and remove it without removing the intake???  Also, what other tips do you have in making this repair.  A million thanks, Greg, in the LA area.

Answer
remove the wiper cowl assembly, then the intake can be removed totally and gain assess to the rear cover. While i was there  i would also for piss and giggles put new plugs in because they are the worst back in the back to get to. Replace the intake gasket, pcv and the main hose that goes from the valve cover to the pcv it self.
