Answer
Hi Shubugy,
I assume that you mean a "grinding" sound of metal on metal. There might be a foreign object between the brake rotor and one of the brake pads which an inspection would reveal. But more likely is that one of the pads has worn off the braking material to the level of the metal backing plate and that metal is now in contact with the metal of the rotor. The pads do not retract completely immediately  in all situations when you release the pedal,  which would explain its persistance even with you foot off the brake. An inspection of the pads on that side is in order and at the same time a foreign object could be identified and removed. So either way it is time to remove the right front wheel and inspect the brake pads for being worn out or involved with a foreign object. The pads on both front wheels should be replaced even if only one side is that far gone. Do this inspection now so as to avoid perhaps having further damage to the rotor and thus needing to replace that as well. The rotor though might be sufficiently used up to require replacement even if the surface is not greatly damaged by the grinding. A brake shop that is reliable is your next priority to identify, unless you want to do it yourself.
