Chrysler Repair: 1999 Cirrus, rt side, heater blower

My 1999 Cirrus heater blower works only on the highest setting no low speeds.Can you give me an idea what may be wrong and also the location on the car?Thanks Ralph

You have a bad blower resister.It is located under the dash on the rt side in the hvac housing.The connector should be pointing straight down with 4 or 5 wires on it and held in to place with 2 8mm screws.The connector will have a red lock that will either have to be pushed to the side or pulled back.
