Chrysler Repair: 2002 town and country, power window switch, crank handle

Question
Hi.I have to replace a window regulator on the drivers side.How do I get the door panel off.I taken out 3 screws so far but its really tight still.Thanks

Sorry to be a little tardy, I was out of the house going to a memorial service and to give blood platelets.
I have the Haynes '95-2000 van manual to refer to. It show there to be four screws, two near the bottom below speaker level, and two in front of the arm rest area vertically arranged. Disconnect the battery (-) post. The courtesy light should be removed from the panel so you can disconnect its wiring. Then remove any door pull/arm rest assemblies (the upper two screws I described may be associated with that assembly). If you have mechanical lift/regulator remove the window crank handle which has a retaining clip behind its facia (a special clip removal tool is shown (flat spade with centrer cut out channel with a couple of "ears" to connect and push out the clip). If power window, note plug covers that hide the screws that hold in the switch panel and thus remove the power window switch panel and power door lock switch panels and disconnect their wiring. If you have memory seat/mirror then remove its switch with a flat bladed tool and disconnect the wires.
Then to remove the panel, grasp it by the edges, lift it straight up and thus unhook it from the door (there are several hook-like fittings on the panel that drop into openings on the inner door skin), but don't pull it away yet. The top rear lock knob should pass thru a hole in the panel, and also note that the latch release handle is connected to the latch inner mechanism by a rod which is inside the door and which has a disconnect fitting that you need to release to separate them. Disconnect any other electrical connectors. The reverse is followed to assemble.
