Classic/Antique Car Repair: U-Joint lubrication

Hello Jack,

as I´m now laying under my new Model A, I don´t know what grease is the right for the U-joint. Please tell me if you use the normal grease or 600W oil or a mixture.

There is a zerk fitting right there behind the trans, near the speedo cable attachment.  Just squirt reg grease into it, but not too much.  If you put too much in, over time it will run up your speedo cable into your speedo and make a mess.  A friend did that.  Good luck.  jack
