I got this number just above the oil filter EBY 6015 or EBY 8015 on my 1954 mercury monterey. Iam trying to find out what size motor Ihave in the car.  Any help would be helpful      Thank you

I don't think I can be of help to you.  I know Model A's.  Find a mercury car club on the net and ask them.  Better still, join a Mercury club and have more fun with your prize.  I would even try the Ford Motor co.  Sorry I can't help you.
