Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1964 AMC American Rambler, field terminal, orange wire

I have a 1964 AMC American Rambler and I am trying to figure out if i have the generator hooked up right or not there are 2 wires that i don't know where they go A green wire and a orange wire can you help?

The generator system on your car should be a Deco Remy with two wires going from the generator to the regulator. The terminals on the generator should be marked "A" and "F" with the "A" terminal being larger. The two wires if they are the original should be two different sizes as well. The heavier wire should be connected to the "A" terminal and the smaller to the "F". These wire as I said run to the regulator "Gen" and "field" terminals. The "Gen" terminal is the middle terminal on the regulator. The "Field" terminal will be the one on the right when the terminals are pointed down.
