I searched the net but was unable to locate any repair shop in the Ft Pierce area with MG experience. I am in Nashville TN and have no connections in that area.
If you want to tackle it yourself, I can walk you through the rebuild procedure via e-mail. That carb is a Stromberg and has very few parts in it and is easy to repair and parts are available from many sources. fitzcharlesh@bellsouth.net
A good method to locate someone in your area is to locate the closest British Car Club and ask any member. Club members usually know all the people in an area that can work on each brand of British car.
