Classic/Antique Car Repair: Jeep cj7 350 engine swap, chevy 350 engine, jeep cj7

Question
Roger,
I am thinking about buying a 1980 Jeep cj7 with that has a chevy 350 engine in it.  How hard will it be to know what parts to buy if something goes wrong for this vehicle.  For instance, the fuel pump, or alternator.  It is a Jeep with a Chevy engine, so how will I know what part it needs.  I know it is common for people to put 350's in these Jeeps, so i would think it would be quite easy to figure out what what it needs, but i'm just not sure.  What are your thoughts on this?

Answer
Gary ;
Hea= well it should be no big deal if you need motor parts you would get 350 chevy engine parts, very comon and a lot of parts will fit many years and as far as the body and front end and rear end,and body well you got yourself a jeep so it should be no big deal, it might have a lot of get up and go to it.
