Dodge Repair: 2008 durango, rear hatch, couple time

Question
I have a couple questions first being is the service park assist code won't go away and also my rear power lift gate when you click it it goes up and then when it gets to the top it kinda clunks a couple time then closes. Would the rams(little shocks) need replacing or would that be an electrical prob? Thank you Helen

You will need to bring the vehicle into a dealership in order to have the Park Assist system diagnosed and repaired. They are the only ones that have the diagnostic tools and experience to fix this system. You may have a binding prop rod on the rear hatch. But again, the best option would be to have someone actually look at it to assess it operation.
