QUESTION: sorry about that 1999 Dodoge Grand Caravan ES 3.8 with rear air

ANSWER: If in fact that the clutch is engaged and you have no pressure drop, it is a very good possibility that the compressor has failed.

QUESTION: Thanks. I would agree with you that the compressor is probably bad. I would bet that the high side would probably read 75psi the same as the low side as pressures tend to balance through the regulator orfice. Thanks for the confirmation. I was just asking as if there might be something else that I am not aware of that can happen in a A/c system as I am still learning about them. Thanks again

Answer
With the information you provided I still believe that the compressor is at fault. As far as could go wrong, well, the list could take some time to go through. It is however safe to say the since the compressor clutch is engaged and you have rear air and that there is no pressure drop the diagnosis is OK. If you had a single system I might suspect the expansion valve may be at fault. But then again, I'd like to confirm it by looking at the high side pressures.
