Dodge Repair: Remove/replace rear 05 Durango bumper, pin fasteners, support brackets

Question
My '05 Durango LTD Hemi has significant scrapes on the rear bumper (or is it called a bumper cover?) at the left rear... I scraped a brick planter while backing up.  It is also hanging a bit low on that side- maybe the rivets holding it are snapped or something.

How do I remove the bumper & replace with a new one?  Do they come pre-painted or do I need to have the bumper painted first?

REMOVAL




Raise and support the vehicle.
Remove the screws (1) securing the fascia to the support brackets (2).
Remove the lower push pin fasteners (5).




Open the liftgate and remove the upper push pin fasteners (2).
Remove the fascia (3).
