What needs to be done to replace  2000 Dodge Stratus Windshield Washer Reservior.Can I go thru the wheel well.

WASHER RESERVOIR
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable.
Disconnect washer fluid hose at in-line connector on top of the right shock tower.
Partially remove bumper fascia as needed to gain access to the reservoir. Refer to Group 23, Body.
Disconnect wire connector from washer pump and harness mounting tab Reservoir Removal
Slide rearward and drop down and away from vehicle.
Drain washer fluid from reservoir into an appropriate container.
Disconnect the washer hose from the reservoir.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures.
