Dodge Repair: ECU Location, negative battery cable, chrysler neon

Hi Kevin,

I have a 2001 Chrysler Neon and wish to know where to locate the ECU/PCM (same thing?) in order to remove/send off/replace.

Can you point me to where this is on the car?

REMOVAL - 2.0L
Disconnect the negative battery cable (Battery Cable).
Remove the air cleaner box, refer to the air cleaner box section.
Remove the gray and black connector from the PCM (Powertrain Control Module (PCM)).
Remove the harness clip bracket from PCM bracket (PCM Wiring Bracket).
Remove the nut from the upper bracket mount.
Raise vehicle and support on hoist.
Remove 2 lower bracket bolts (Lower Mounting Bolts).
Remove 4 screws from bracket and remove bracket from PCM (PCM Bracket Screws
