Dodge Repair: dodge neon side marker assembly, neon side, dodge neon

Question
I need to change the  front side marker assembly on my 2000 dodge neon for the turn signal. How do I get to the assembly? thru the wheel well? Thanks Randy in DE

PARK AND TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB
REMOVAL
Release hood latch and open hood.
Remove screws attaching headlamp module to upper crossmember.
Remove headlamp module from vehicle.
Disconnect wire connector from back of park and turn signal lamp bulb.
Remove bulb from headlamp module
Headlamp Bulb
INSTALLATION
Install bulb into headlamp module.
Connect wire connector to the back of park and turn signal lamp bulb.
Place headlamp module in position.
Install screws attaching headlamp module to upper crossmember.
Close hood.
