Dodge Repair: 2003 dodge Ram 1500 4.7 L Condenser Fan Replacement, dodge ram 1500, refrigerant system

Question
I recently discovered that my condenser fan gave out on me.  I just am not sure how to remove the condeser to replace the old fan with a new one? How do you remove the shroud without having to disconect any A/C Lines to get to the fan?  Also do you recommend an aftermarket fan versus getting a dealership fan.
