Dodge Repair: 95 intrepid start and stall, asheboro nc, vtss

Question
QUESTION: Hello, My scanner tells me that my vtss is on and is killing the injectors. This car has no theft system on it(no factory or after market). It is a3.5l car and the bcm only has the bone & gray conn. No black conn. I've worked on this problem for two days and getting no where, need help. I'm a auto tech & worked on dodges for years, but can't get it out of vtss kill. Thanks bill

ANSWER: if u say it does not have vtss  then  u have a bad bcm and pcm then. both will need to be replaced as a pair.

QUESTION: Hi, I live in asheboro,nc. My customer was driving this car to a chistmas show & it overheated, he pulled over & added water & got back in and it started this start & stall. I towed it in and put scanner on it & it said "FUEL IS TURNED OFF DUE TO VTSS'but no codes in pcm, tcm, bcm.I think someone in the car was playing with door locks but he didnt see it happen. After checking i found it only has base bcm w/ no alarm system and dont understand why i cant reset system. Pcm turns off inj. after 3 secs. Hope this helps, Bill

Answer
I doubt u will be able to do anything then  the disable of the alarms is key in the door lock  lock and unlock each door   if that does does not work  your scanner is useless as far as getting into the BCM then and seeing if the BCM has the alarm feature in it  if u give me teh last 8 of the vin I can find out myself if infact it does have an alarm on the BCM.
