Dodge Repair: neon dome light, discount auto parts, box shape

1996 neon , two, questons,may be related,first, dome light will not work, fuse blowen, replaced fuse ,will blow as soon as i replaced it, second, horn just stopped working, fuse good, just clicking from the relay i think it's a relay, not sure black square box shape plug in fuse under the hood, with the other fuse's, any help you could provide would be very helpful, thank you, vinny

Hi,
Take a beice of wire and touch it to the horn and the positive side of the battery, if it doesn't blow.  Go to a discount Auto Parts place and get another horn.  As for the dome light you will have to trace the short down with a voltage mater.
