Dodge Repair: 1997 Ram Wiper problems, dodge ram 1500, meter check

I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 and the wiper blades and the sprayer do not work.  It keeps blowing the fuse as soon as the ignition is turned on.  I was wondering if you had a simple way to locate the bad wire, or at least what wire I should follow?  Thanks... T

Since it's blowing the fuse it's obviously a short going to a ground.  Unhook the posative cable from the battery.  take an ohm meter check from a ground and see if the pump or the wiper motor itself is grounding out.   The blue wire is the one that carries power to the switch inside.  If I can be of any more help wright me back.
