Ford Repair: brakes, ford taurus, taurus wagon

hey how are you and thanks for letting me ask a question! my 2002 ford taurus wagon was hit from the left front side and took out the front axle, the rack and stut now i have it back the abs light came on and have no idea why

Hi Joseph,
The left front ABS sensor or the ABS sensor ring my have been broken during the accident. The only way to tell for sure is to take it to your favorite mechanic or to your FORD dealer and have them pull the codes from the ABS computer. There will probably be a diagnostic fee because the system is very complicated, usually around $100.00
