Ford Repair: 89 bronco 302 V8, new distributor cap, eddie bauer edition

Question
I have a 89 bronco Eddie Bauer edition with the 302 v8 fuel injected with appx 170,000 miles on the engine. I bought it on Tuesday and changed the spark plugs and wires and put a new distributor cap, rotor, and a new fuel filter on it but now the engine turns over but it doesn't seem to be getting any fuel. I've made sure the firing order was good and I just cant figure out what is not making it start. If you need anymore information about this let me know.

Answer
if you were changing them for maintenance and then something is wired wrong or unplugged etc.

if you were changing them for a running problem then maybe it just got worse

please email me with bronco in subject line and i will email you my phone so maybe i can talk you thru a couple of things but first check the small ground wire coming off of battery negative side and make sure it is clean and connected.
