Ford Repair: Australian Ford Falcon Stationwagon 1988, ford falcon, ford escort

I have just bought a Ford Falcon Station Wagon EL 1988, currently the clock for the km located in the speedo has stopped working, This is the main clock and the trip clock. Also once or twice my full lights have stopped working but this is corrected by restarting the car but never had problem with half lights.

Also where can you find help on this vehicle in general online?

i haven't heard of the 88 falcon i would like to see the picture of one to see what american carline it was based on possibly fairmont.
then i might be able to lead in right direction. i know the ford escort was out in europe at least 8-10 years before it was over here.
