Ford Repair: 1992 Ford E-350 (5.8 engine) fuel pump electrical circuit, fuel pump relay, engine cranks

Question
The engine cranks, but there is no fuel at the fuel rail, I do not hear the fuel pump run when the key is in the "On" position. I replaced the fuel filter which had some fuel, but no  pressure at rail when releasing pressure before replacing filter.
I am trying to find the bad component in the electrical part for the fuel pump. I have decided the problem may be the fuel pump relay, or the fuel pump itself, and maybe the fuel pump fuse. I think the relay is in the Power Distribution Box, but I don't have the manual to determine which relay or fuse belongs to the pump. (The fuel cut-out switch located on the inside passenger panel has current, so I think the fuse is okay for the fuel pump relay to have power, but without a schematic I don't know the electrical lay-out. And I don't know if the other side of the relay, which feeds the pump is working.
1- I need the Diagram for the Power Distribution Box.
2- I need the electrical schematic as well.
3- and if you have it, the inside fuse panel diagram.
Thank  you,

Answer
check with a local garage that may have alldata or mitchell and offer to pay them to print those three items for you alldata won't let me copy and paste any of their pictures or diagrams.
if you have an owners manual pdb and fuse panel will be in it.
