Ford Repair: ford mustang electrical, 30 amp fuse, neutral safety switch

Question
MY 01 GT blows the 30 amp fuse underneath the dash. It's the circuit that runs the starter to the ignition switch. When it's blown, the car won't start. I put in a new fuse and it blows too.  We've replaced the ignition module, now we're gonna try the neutral safety switch. Anyone have an answer???

Answer
When that happens it usually means you have a positive lead grounding out somewhere.Ford has had problems with their ignition switches in the past.Other things to look at would be the starter,"neutral safety switch", and unfortunately the wiring harness.
