What does it mean when my brakes and steering wheel shake when I press on the brakes? Especially when I'm on the highway.I have a 1998 ford taurus se comfort.

Hi ebony,
It means you either need front brakes or your rotors are warped. Have your mechanic check the brakes (most brake inspections are FREE)if the pads are worn out have them replaced. If pads are OK, them have the rotors machined or replaced.
