Ford Repair: Brakes, rear drum brakes, drum brakes

1994 Aerostar..I replaced the rear (drum) brakes.  New pads and drums.  I set the adjusters all the way in, and the drums went on a bit tight, but they did go on, now when I drive the vehicle the drums get hot, I guess it is from drag, but it seems that i cant do anything about it..  HELP  Al

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 You have mentioned two different systems...disc and drum. The disc uses pads, whereas the drum uses shoes.
Check to make sure that the e-brake isn't frozen in the applied position.
