How do I replace the bulb for my 2001 focus licence plate?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 I have an even sillier answer----I haven't had to replace one yet.....But, what I would suggest you do is take a look at the owner's manual, and see if it mentions it there. If not, take a look at the lens of the light and see if there are screws in it or on the inside of the hatch/trunk behind the plate area if there is an access cover for you to remove.
