I e-mailed you all days ago, (4) not a single reply yet.  Is this how you all handle people interested in your site?

  My apologies that you haven't seen a reply yet, but I honestly don't know anything about your question.  Contrary to what most people think, this site isn't really a community.  I don't know and have never had contact with any of the other experts on the board.  We're just random people who answer questions in our spare time the best we can (usually...although 4 days is too long and I believe after 3 days the moderators send you an email and revoke your status if the question is not taken care of promptly).  I can tell you that I wasn't the one handling the question as I have replied to all of the questions I've gotten within about 12 hours max.  Feel free to send the question to me and I'll do my best to answer it...but I really don't know anything about questions sent to other members.
