Ford Repair: More Power, ford f150 harley davidson, sean hyland motorsports

Question
I have a 2003 Ford F150 Harley Davidson Anniversary Special. It is equipped with the Supercharger. What can I do to the truck to max out the potential of the motor. I think the motor has more to it and of course as we know factory settings are always conservative. Look forward to any suggestions.

Those motors are just waiting to be uncorcked.  It's basically a slightly different version of the motor found in the Lightning so you know there's a ton of power to be had.  If the '03 Mustang Cobra (essentially a smaller DOHC version) is any indication, a smaller supercharger pulley and a good exhaust system would up the power anywhere between 50-80hp or so at least.  A custom computer chip would also be quite beneficial to redo the fuel and timing curves, especially under boost from the supercharger.  It's important to have the chip burned specifically for your truck...this usually entails doing it at a dyno session to find the best driveability and power.  It's a little more expensive than an off-the-shelf chip, but it's also quite a bit better.  For some superb advice and parts for your truck, I'd contact Sean Hyland Motorsports (www.seanhylandmotorsports.com).  They're pretty much the leader in Ford overhead cam motor performance and have been since years before everyone else jumped on board.  They know their stuff and can hook you up with anything you need.  Hope this helps.
