Honda Repair: 88 honda accord lx, air fuel mixture, tune ups

I have a 88 accord lx it would start for a second then it would cut off. If
I. Wanted to drive it I have to step on the brake then put it in drive an
press on the gas right away so it won't stalled on me

Cam, 88 accord, fuel injected or carbs? This information would be helpful for me to provide you with setting your air/fuel mixture and idle. Whichever start there then adjust the timing if necessary.
